All all liquid ingredients in a blender and blitz till well combined and smooth.
Place chia seed in a jar or small bowl and tip liquid mixture over chia seed and stir well or shake the jar to ensure the chia seeds are well combined.
Chill in fridge until set or overnight for a quick, delicious and easy breakfast
