When will my order be processed & delivered?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days from receiving payment. Our goal is to provide all items requested in your order within the same package as additional shipping charges will occur for additional packages to be sent. As a result backordered products may take longer and we will contact you to discuss if you would like to wait or to pay any additional postage charge when the backordered product arrives. – collect
Orders going to an Australian address using Australia Post as the method of delivery will typically take approximately three (3) to seven (7) business days to arrive once dispatched.
High Demand Products
Products that are in high demand, issues with supply or circumstances beyond our control may result in delays beyond the estimated delivery times stated on this site. Where possible we will attempt to advise you via email of any known delays beyond our suggested estimated delivery times.
In cases where products are unavailable for extended periods (usually 1 month or more) we will contact you to discuss providing you with a refund of the costs.
It should be noted that Vital Wellness Market reserves the right to alter the shipping method selected if there is an issue with the address provided &/or shipping method selected. We reserve the right to substitute comparable shipping/delivery methods at our own discretion.
Customer Error
Vital Wellness Market will not refund, replace or issue credit notes for items ordered in error or those that fit into the ‘change of mind’ category, so it is important to choose carefully.
All cost associated with return of parcels due to customer error such as an incorrect address, will be the responsibility of the customer and the parcel will not be shipped again until all return costs along with any additional charges are paid in full.
Defective Items:
All products purchased from Vital Wellness Market will be checked for quality and defects prior to shipment. However if your item appears to have an defect that was overlooked please contact us immediately at returns@vitalwellnessmarket.com.au and we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
Items that are defective must be returned to Vital Wellness Market within fourteen (14) days of purchase date to be eligible for refund or replacement. Where possible & available items will be replaced with the same item that was originally purchased, in cases where this is not possible another item of the customers choice & of the same value will be offered or a refund may be given.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that you believe is different to the item you ordered, we will require you to take a photo of the item and email us on returns@vitalwellnessmarket.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions of Return
Please note that in order to return an item for any reason, the product must be returned to us unopened, unused, in original packaging that it was delivered to you & with all seals intact. Include in your return parcel a copy of the invoice where possible and an explanation for the return or copy of the email sent to us prior to return. NOTE: you MUST contact us prior to returning any items/products.
Costs of Returns:
All costs associated with returning products, whether an exchange or a defective product is the role responsibility of the customer.
