In practice it is common to see individuals for a variety of reasons, however one of the most noticeable afflictions and cause of much dis-ease that I see in practice is simply a general lack of overall wellness. Often these individuals have neglecting themselves to the point where the body no longer has the materials needed to stimulate and support the body’s own healing mechanisms in which to restore wellness and achieve optimal health.
As a naturopath & wellness coach I specialise in helping women take back control of their life, heal any dis-ease they may be struggling with and support them on their journey of transformation, back to that vibrant, confident, healthy, energised woman that feels amazing in her skin and is excited to take on whatever adventure life has to offer her. We do this through nutrition, lifestyle and mindfulness practices along with a few other goodies nature has to offer and using a total holistic approach that supports all physical, emotional, social & mental aspects of an individual’s well-being.
